We offer customer support only through our official support page and email. Any phone numbers listed online claiming to represent Goldenglitter are fraudulent and are known to be involved in credit/debit card scams.
⚠️ Never share your credit/debit card number, OTP, CVV, or password with anyone. Goldenglitter will never ask for such details under any circumstances.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: I paid for my order but it’s not showing in My Account. What should I do?
A:
In rare cases (less than 0.01%), when paying through digital wallets or payment gateways (e.g., CCAvenue, PayTM, UPI, etc.), there may be a delay in receiving confirmation due to technical reasons between your bank and the payment gateway.
If your payment was successful but the order is not visible, please wait for 1–2 hours. If it still doesn’t appear, contact us at help@goldenglitter.in with your transaction ID.
Q2: When will my order be dispatched? What if I haven’t received it yet?
A:
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days from the date of purchase.
In 95% of cases, orders are shipped within 10 days or less. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 15 days due to demand, availability, or logistical issues.

Q3: How can I track my order?
A:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to check the real-time status of your parcel.
Q4: What is your Return Policy?
A:
We do not offer direct product returns.
If there is an issue with your order, we provide a credit voucher equal to the product price (excluding COD charges and GST).
You can use this voucher for your next purchase on goldenglitter.in.
Q5: What payment methods are accepted?
A:
We accept a wide range of payment options for your convenience:

Q6: Why isn’t the COD (Cash on Delivery) option available for me?
A:
The COD option might be unavailable for the following reasons:
Your delivery area is not supported by our courier partners for COD.
If your account has a high order rejection rate (frequent order returns or refusals), the COD option may be restricted for your account.
