Exchange / Return / Cancellation Policy


Exchange Policy

Applicable only to clothing items purchased from goldenglitter.in

  1. How to Exchange?
    To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at help@goldenglitter.in. Our team will guide you through the process. Exchanges can only be processed after contacting us.

  2. Which Items Can Be Exchanged?

    • Products must be purchased from goldenglitter.in.

    • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with intact packaging.

    • Garments must be unworn and unwashed.

    • Damaged or altered products are not eligible for exchange.

    • If pickup is delayed or cancelled, please inform us to reschedule.

    • If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may ship the product to us. An additional ₹100 store credit will be issued as compensation.

  3. Exchange Period
    Exchanges are allowed only within 1 day of delivery. Products cannot be exchanged after this period, including for color fading due to washing or wear.

  4. Damaged Products on Arrival
    If the product received is damaged (e.g., torn or faulty stitching), we will issue store credit valid for future purchases on goldenglitter.in. We do not offer returns or refunds.

  5. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Custom-made products specially made for customers.

    • Products purchased under clearance sale.

  6. Exchange Limit
    Each order can be exchanged only once. Multiple exchanges on the same order are not allowed.

  7. Discount Codes
    Discount codes must be used in full during a single transaction. Partial usage or reissuing codes is not allowed.

  8. Express Delivery Cutoff
    Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

  9. If Exchanged Products Are Received Stained or Damaged
    A deduction of ₹300 per product will be made from the issued store credit.

  10. If Shipment is Not Delivered or No Tracking Updates
    We escalate with the courier service. If unresolved within 3 working days, a replacement shipment will be sent.

  11. Prepaid Orders Returned to Origin
    Contact us via Instagram or email at help@goldenglitter.in. We will resend the shipment.

  12. Price Difference During Exchange
    If the product price has increased since the original purchase, customers will need to pay the difference.

  13. Exchange Denial
    Exchanges may be denied if:

    • The product is soiled, used, or damaged by the customer.

    • Customer uses abusive or foul language during communication with support.

    • The product was purchased under clearance sale.


Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges as per the above policy.


Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After 1 hour, orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
